If you sell on social media
Most of our courier clients have no physical store. They sell clothing, accessories or footwear on Instagram or Facebook, often to other stores in the Hispanic community in the United States — Miami, Orlando, Texas, California, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta — and ship several times a week, sometimes 15 or 20 parcels in a day.

What it includes
Collection at origin, outbound documentation, international transport and delivery at destination. Every shipment carries its tracking number from the moment it leaves, and that number follows the shipment across the whole route.
If the parcel requires customs formalities at destination, we flag it before dispatch: there are countries and product categories where a courier shipment also goes through customs, and it is worth knowing in advance.
Where we receive parcels
At our Medellín or Bogotá office, or at our Cartagena drop-off point, which works by appointment. Every parcel is weighed and measured on arrival, because the price comes from those two figures and the quote and the bill should be the same number.
What cannot be shipped
The restrictions are not set by Excolbi — they are set by the airline and the customs authority at destination, and they vary by country and category. Lithium batteries, liquids, aerosols, perishables, medicines and biological material all have their own rules, and some destinations add more.
Before you pack anything, ask. It is a two-minute conversation that stops a parcel being held halfway.

Is there a minimum or maximum weight?
The limits are set by the airline and the destination, not by us. When we quote, we confirm whether your shipment fits courier or whether weight and volume make a consolidated export the better option.
Does the recipient have to pay anything on delivery?
It depends on the country and the declared value: some destinations charge entry duties above a certain threshold. We flag it when we quote, so nobody gets a surprise at the door.
Do you ship to Venezuela?
Yes. It is a corridor that demands its own handling: entry conditions and required documentation have changed several times in recent years, so check the current conditions with an adviser before you pack.
