What a cookie is

This site is static and installs no analytics, profiling or advertising cookies. We use neither Google Analytics nor any equivalent cross-site tracking tool.

We also embed no third-party content that sets its own cookies — no videos, maps or social widgets. WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp app or website, which applies its own policies once you leave here.

Technical storage

The server hosting this site may use strictly technical security and traffic-routing cookies, necessary for the site to work and to be protected against abuse. They do not personally identify the visitor and are not used for analytics or commercial purposes.

When you tap a WhatsApp button or send a quote request, we store the exc_asesor_medellin cookie with the number of the adviser assigned to you (1, 2 or 3) for 30 days, so that if you write to us again the same person answers. It holds no personal data and is not shared with third parties.

These cookies are exempt from the prior-consent requirement because they are indispensable to providing the service you requested by loading the page.
